Leads the firm's search for the next inspiring pioneers to back, along with supporting the fund’s portfolio. As a Boston enthusiast, Ahmed started his career by working with local startup accelerators and seed venture funds, before founding Blindspot Ventures to double down on the ecosystem.
Leads operations at the firm and co-heads the investment committee. Dedicated practitioner of Brazilian Jiujitsu, Hassan started his career in banking and, later on, as a managing partner in the growth stage venture capital arm of a $4B+ Multi-Family office co-leading their investments across private markets.
Leads Blindspot’s European and Middle Eastern office and sits on the investment committee. Dalil brings a cross-border perspective spanning private equity, venture capital, and family office advisory — with a background in LBO execution, merchant banking, and multi-stage investing, bridging the US ecosystem with emerging opportunities across private markets.
Ben is a seasoned operator and dealmaker with deep roots in private equity and family office advisory. As Chief of Staff at a multi-family office overseeing 50+ professionals, he led the execution of over $1B in Real Assets transactions spanning real estate, private aviation, and maritime — bringing a rare blend of institutional rigor and hands-on operational leadership to Blindspot.
